Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transcript Production Operations Analyst to oversee and improve the efficiency of the Transcript Production Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operations of the transcription pipeline, ensuring timely movement and delivery of transcripts
• Define, measure, and analyze KPIs related to productivity, quality, and turnaround time
• Identify inefficiencies and redesign systems to streamline workflows and enhance team performance

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations or production experience, preferably in transcription, publishing, or legal tech
• Fluency in KPIs, metrics, and data analysis
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote teams
• Process-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and implement solutions
• Experience with legal transcription or court reporting workflows is a bonus
