Operations Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Consultant I (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise on Customer Operations functional projects and may lead small to medium-sized initiatives
• Deliver and analyze Customer Operations metrics and reporting
• Determine process improvements and assist in the implementation of process enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 4-6 years of operations experience in the financial services and/or insurance industry
• 2-4 years of demonstrated project management experience
• Proven teamwork and collaboration skills with diverse groups
• Agile methodology and Azure Dev Ops experience preferred
