Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound telephone communication and data processing according to standards
- Verify and enter member information in the Care Transitions platform and assist in care coordination
- Complete administrative documentation for member records and adhere to compliance policies
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of data entry experience
- 1+ years of experience with computers in an office environment
- Ability to work an assigned 10-hour shift during specified hours
