Job Summary

A company is looking for a Central Support Operations Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound communication, ensuring adherence to productivity and quality standards
  • Process data and documentation for member records and coordinate care between health providers and health plans
  • Run reports to monitor team duties and attend meetings as required
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of data entry experience
  • 1+ years' experience with computers in an office environment
  • Ability to work an assigned 8-hour shift during business hours
