A company is looking for a Central Support Operations Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound communication, ensuring adherence to productivity and quality standards
- Process data and documentation for member records and coordinate care between health providers and health plans
- Run reports to monitor team duties and attend meetings as required
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of data entry experience
- 1+ years' experience with computers in an office environment
- Ability to work an assigned 8-hour shift during business hours
