Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer service interactions and operational workflows to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for key operational and customer service KPIs
- Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and operational scaling
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytics role
- Proficient in SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with customer service platforms and understanding of operational workflows
