Operations Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Vice President, Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee health plan operations, procurement, new product implementations, and complex business development initiatives
• Establish operational vision, objectives, policies, and procedures in alignment with the strategic plan
• Manage operational budgets, revenue targets, and ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual agreements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, or a related field
• 10+ years of operations, management, or administration experience in the Healthcare or Insurance industry
• Experience in business development and/or RFP processes
• Extensive knowledge of state legislative and regulatory processes
• Master's degree preferred
