Operations Finance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Finance Analyst (I or II).

Key Responsibilities

• Administers daily financial management of project portfolios and special assignments
• Performs analysis of budget to actual data and prepares financial reports, invoices, and reconciliations
• Coordinates with staff to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and collection of amounts due

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• Operations Finance Analyst I: 0 to 2 years of relevant experience
• Operations Finance Analyst II: 2+ years of relevant experience
• Equivalency of education, training, and/or experience may be considered
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; additional technical skills may be advantageous
