Job Summary
A company is looking for a Teaching Assistant: Operations Leadership to support learners in training programs focused on career development and leadership training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cohorts by collaborating with program staff and instructors to enhance the learner experience
- Provide professional development coaching and mentoring to prepare learners for career opportunities
- Assist in the delivery of virtual sessions and support grading and feedback for learner submissions
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of professional experience in career development, coaching, or program management
- Experience teaching leadership skills and managing adult learners
- Comfortable leading live sessions and providing mentorship in a remote format
- High level of technical proficiency and familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack
