Job Summary

A company is looking for a Teaching Assistant: Operations Leadership to support learners in training programs focused on career development and leadership training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage cohorts by collaborating with program staff and instructors to enhance the learner experience
  • Provide professional development coaching and mentoring to prepare learners for career opportunities

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in career development, coaching, or program management
  • Experience teaching leadership skills and managing adult learners
  • Comfortable leading live sessions and providing mentorship in a remote format
  • High level of technical proficiency and familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack
