Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Manager to manage day-to-day operations of the Commission, including staff and vendor management, budgeting, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the Commission's daily operations to ensure smooth functioning
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications
- Develop and manage schedules for public hearings and meetings, ensuring compliance with Open Meetings Law
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in public administration, nonprofit management, business administration, or related field
- Five (5) years of experience in operations management or project management
- Ability to work flexible hours to support the Commission's schedule
- Experience in community engagement and public relations
- Proficiency in project management tools and virtual meeting platforms
