Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall performance of travel operations, including client servicing and employee management
- Act as the primary liaison between the Account Manager and operational staff
- Provide feedback, coaching, and development to team members through regular meetings and performance reviews
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in the corporate travel management industry
- Proficiency in Amadeus GDS
- Prior experience in budget and cost management
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Availability during hours of operation: 7am-7pm CT
