Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager to drive strategy and execution in lab operations for scaling production.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute capacity planning for 10x volume growth across third-party labs
• Own operational performance metrics and maintain dashboards for real-time visibility into lab performance
• Lead cross-functional issue resolution and implement process improvements for lab operations

Qualifications

• 4-7 years in operations, strategy, or program management; experience in custom manufacturing or healthcare preferred
• Strong analytical skills with experience in operational reporting tools (SQL, Looker, Excel)
• Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving priorities
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Mandarin reading and speaking proficiency is a strong plus
