- Manage QA and eLMS tools, and conduct quality reviews with actionable feedback
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and deploy training modules for customer support
- Analyze quality data to drive continuous improvement in support services
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in developing and delivering training in an eLMS format
- Experience analyzing data and generating actionable insights from reports
- Strong understanding of training and quality best practices
- 2-5 years of experience in designing and executing eLMS training
- Familiarity with privacy and security protocols, preferably in healthcare
