Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Project Manager to support the Talent Acquisition team on a remote contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Talent Acquisition operations through ongoing tasks and ad hoc projects
- Manage and triage the TA team's Zendesk ticket queue for timely resolution
- Coordinate and execute repeatable processes to ensure smooth TA operations
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, coordination, or project management support
- Prior experience in Talent Acquisition or HR is a plus but not required
- Experience with tools like Zendesk, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office preferred
- Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities
