Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality assurance systems
- Manage internal and external quality audits and coordinate corrective and preventive actions
- Analyze KPIs related to process quality to drive operational improvements
Required Qualifications
- Expertise in quality management systems (ISO 9001, TQM, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Proven ability to conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions
- Experience in developing and leading quality audits and inspection processes
- Exceptional analytical skills to interpret KPIs and develop actionable strategies
- 5+ years of relevant experience
