Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Specialist to support their small business program with OG&E Oklahoma and Arkansas.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day project pipeline activities including customer and trade ally follow-up and project approval processing
- Conduct thorough QAQC analysis and maintain accurate program data for reporting and tracking
- Assist with forecasting, reporting, goal setting, and provide training and support to trade allies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficient in management tools such as Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce CRM
- Experience with Energy Efficiency Programs or knowledge of Lighting/HVAC/Refrigeration is a plus
- Ability to manage large amounts of data, emails, and documentation effectively
- Must reside in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
