Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Support Analyst to assist the Operations Support team in achieving service quality and compliance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Process, triage, and escalate tickets following established guidelines
- Monitor systems for events and alerts, and perform scheduled maintenance activities
- Provide operational support for projects and respond to emergency change requests outside of normal hours
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience
- Knowledge of Active Batch automation or other Enterprise Scheduling tools
- Understanding of Incident Change Management and Release Management processes
- Familiarity with SQL Server/Database Platforms and PowerShell
- Knowledge of healthcare industry standards, including HIPAA
