Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Support Coordinator (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to gather consumer information and notify relevant parties about assessment appointments
- Schedule assessment appointments and document outreach activities for tracking and reporting
- Provide administrative support to management and manage the OPWDD support line for inquiries and scheduling
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent with 0-2 years of experience in a customer service environment
- Some college education preferred
- Call center experience preferred
- 2+ years of experience in community outreach or working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Reliable high-speed internet service with specified minimum speeds
