Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Support Coordinator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outreach to gather consumer information and notify relevant parties about assessment appointments
  • Schedule assessment appointments and document outreach activities for tracking and reporting
  • Provide administrative support to management and manage the OPWDD support line for inquiries and scheduling
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent with 0-2 years of experience in a customer service environment
  • Some college education preferred
  • Call center experience preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in community outreach or working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
  • Reliable high-speed internet service with specified minimum speeds
