Key Responsibilities
- Review, check, and process sales orders from a Salesforce queue
- Translate information from requests into Sales Orders following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Perform data entry, data cleanup, and generate virtual classrooms and materials across various platforms
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably with Salesforce
- Salesforce experience is required
- Familiarity with Windows and internet browsers for daily tasks
- Must be located in Utah for potential in-office requirements
