Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Support Technical Writer.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in investigations, writing reports and protocols utilizing root cause analysis tools
- Develop training materials and review procedures during investigations to identify gaps
- Communicate with cross-departmental teams to ensure best practices and compliance with quality systems
Required Qualifications
- B.A./B.S. Degree in Science or related field, or 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical/quality operations
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, cGMPs, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in Quality Management Systems and MS Office Suite
- Experience in writing and executing investigations or general technical writing
- Understanding of change management and project management principles
