Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Education, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in training delivery, technical writing, or instructional content development
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and content management tools like SharePoint or Confluence
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and eLearning tools such as Articulate or Camtasia
- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple training initiatives
