Job Summary
A company is looking for an Order Entry Clerk responsible for obtaining and entering client supply orders into the Materials Management software system.
Key Responsibilities
- Obtain and enter client supply orders into the Materials Management software
- Research client supply problems and inform clients of backorders and delivery times
- Assist in preparation and distribution of reports and comply with relevant policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in data entry preferred
- Previous call center experience helpful
- Basic math skills required
- Ability to operate basic office equipment and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is helpful
