Job Summary
A company is looking for an Order Entry Clerk responsible for managing client supply orders and related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Obtain and enter client supply orders into the Materials Management software
- Interact with clients to gather supply order requests and inform them of backorders and delivery times
- Assist in resolving client utilization questions and prepare reports as needed
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in data entry preferred
- Previous call center experience is helpful
- Basic math skills required
- Ability to operate basic office equipment and familiarity with Microsoft Office programs is helpful
