Job Summary

A company is looking for an Order Entry Clerk responsible for managing client supply orders and related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain and enter client supply orders into the Materials Management software
  • Interact with clients to gather supply order requests and inform them of backorders and delivery times
  • Assist in resolving client utilization questions and prepare reports as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in data entry preferred
  • Previous call center experience is helpful
  • Basic math skills required
  • Ability to operate basic office equipment and familiarity with Microsoft Office programs is helpful
