Key Responsibilities
- Process orders and ensure on-time delivery by communicating with customers and internal departments
- Check contract terms, enter orders in SAP, and maintain customer master data
- Handle return shipments and process credit/debit card transactions related to order processing
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3+ years of experience in customer service and order processing in a professional business environment
- Good MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Associate's degree preferred
- Ability to work under high pressure and handle multiple tasks
