- Clarify and track client issues within in-house systems, providing feedback for service improvement
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of mortgage customer service or service industry experience
- Proven track record in customer service
- Ability to remain calm and positive in stressful situations
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite; LOS experience preferred
- Strong judgment skills for escalation of issues
