Job Summary

A company is looking for an Organizational Change Management Lead to develop and implement change management strategies across its product suite.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a scalable change management framework across the organization
• Collaborate with the Product team on the end-to-end release process for new features
• Document collateral and communicate feature releases and updates across the organization

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in change management, enablement, or training
• Proven track record of monitoring and achieving KPIs
• Experience supporting enterprise software adoption
• Ability to create effective user-centered collateral and documentation
• Familiarity with tools like Salesforce and project management platforms is a plus
