Job Summary
A company is looking for an Organizational Change Manager S4 Hana.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute organizational change management strategies for SAP S/4HANA deployments
- Design and deliver stakeholder engagement, communications, and training plans to drive adoption
- Assess organizational readiness and perform impact analyses to inform change plans
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) with at least 2 successful SAP S/4HANA projects
- Strong expertise in developing change management and training strategies for ERP transformations
- Proven ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field
- Prosci Certification is preferred but not required
