Key Responsibilities
- Consult and advise on organizational change initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Create and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans for stakeholder communication
- Support adoption of change initiatives and lead culture and engagement activities
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in change management or related roles
- Proficient in M365 tools with basic graphic design and video editing experience
- Skilled in relationship building and influencing stakeholders
- Ability to work remotely with access to high-speed internet in the U.S. or Puerto Rico
- Preferred certifications in change management or internal communications
