Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outbound Affiliate Solutions Consultant, US Based Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute outbound calling campaigns for designated brands
• Attend brand meetings and engage with brand leadership and staff
• Document interactions and provide campaign reporting using Zendesk

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years' experience in support/customer service, preferably in real estate/franchising
• Strong technical skills and willingness to learn
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Professional demeanor and customer empathy
