Job Summary
A company is looking for an Outbound Affiliate Solutions Consultant, US Based Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute outbound calling campaigns for designated brands
- Attend brand meetings and engage with brand leadership and staff
- Document interactions and provide campaign reporting using Zendesk
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience in support/customer service, preferably in real estate/franchising
- Strong technical skills and willingness to learn
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
