Key Responsibilities
- Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to schedule healthcare evaluations
- Follow approved scripts and respond to member inquiries with professionalism
- Monitor performance metrics and report member complaints to management
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ year of call center experience or 2+ years of general work experience required
- Previous outbound call center or high volume experience preferred
- Ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule
- Strong computer skills and ability to use multiple systems simultaneously
