A company is looking for an Outbound Call Center Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to schedule healthcare evaluations
- Follow approved scripts and ensure members understand the terms of the service
- Meet daily productivity goals and monitor performance results using designated reporting systems
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ year of call center experience or 2+ years of general work experience required
- Previous experience in a high-volume, metrics-driven outbound call center preferred
- Ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule
- Strong computer skills and ability to use multiple systems simultaneously
