Job Summary
A company is looking for an Outreach Specialist, CACP.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to educate patients about Advanced Care Planning and schedule appointments
- Address patient concerns and objections regarding Advanced Care Planning
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and achieve key performance metrics including call volume and conversion rates
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 2 years of experience in healthcare
- 1 year of experience in telephonic patient outreach, customer service, or sales
- Must be able to work flexible shifts from 8 AM to 8 PM EST, Monday through Saturday
- Access to reliable high-speed internet connection
