Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing buyers or strategists
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated digital marketing campaigns
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients while analyzing campaign performance data
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads
- Agency experience is highly preferred
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a plus
