Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of paid search experience with hands-on campaign management
- Experience in firearms, outdoor retail, or sporting goods industry
- Deep expertise in Performance Max (PMAX) campaigns
- Experience with Google Ads and Google Studio
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically
