Key Responsibilities
- Manage paid social campaigns across various platforms, translating client goals into effective media strategies
- Serve as the primary contact for client communications, building trusted relationships and collaborating with internal teams
- Mentor junior team members and ensure quality assurance across deliverables while driving team performance
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in paid social or digital media, preferably in an agency setting
- Proficiency in campaign management on platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads
- Experience in client-facing roles with a proven ability to build trust and deliver results
- Leadership or mentorship experience, either formal or informal
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data
