Job Summary
A company is looking for a Paid Social Manager to oversee paid social and display programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop quarterly channel roadmaps, audience frameworks, and testing calendars aligned with company goals
- Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns to enhance ROAS and CAC
- Conduct weekly pacing, post-campaign analyses, and attribution modeling
Required Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience managing paid social display campaigns in high-growth B2C or marketplace environments
- Proven success in achieving ROAS/CAC targets on Meta and at least one other platform (TikTok, Pinterest, Criteo)
- In-depth knowledge of campaign structures, tracking, and creative best practices
- Ability to manage end-to-end workflows with minimal oversight
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel/Sheets and familiarity with BI tools; SQL knowledge is a plus
