Required Qualifications
- Experience as a full funnel direct response e-commerce performance marketer
- 3-5 years managing $1M+ monthly ad spend in DTC paid social
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent organizational skills with a systems-oriented approach
