Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nights & Weekends CSR (Part-time).

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage callers in friendly conversations while accurately collecting lead information
• Follow account-specific instructions for appointment scheduling and call dispatch procedures
• Manage call outcomes and escalate issues as necessary

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume virtual call center
• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role for HVAC/Plumbing or Electrical contractors
• Ability to type 30 wpm with 94% accuracy
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Willingness to undergo a criminal background check
