Job Summary
A company is looking for a Participant Advocate I to provide excellent service and support to participants.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and other service channels
- Educate participants about their IRS regulated benefits and complete 80-100 transactions daily
- Maintain adherence to performance goals and follow best practices for handling sensitive information
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of customer service or caretaker experience
- Ability to communicate IRS benefits in simple terms
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Consistent attendance and ability to multi-task
- Great phone personality and a passion for helping people
