Job Summary
A company is looking for a Partner Support Engineer L2 to join their Global Partner Support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support for partners regarding platform functionality, orders, billing, and customer migrations
- Coordinate with external vendors to resolve technical issues and ensure timely issue resolution
- Manage partner communication, expectations, and relationship building throughout the support process
Required Qualifications
- Proven expertise in at least one specific product or vendor category
- At least three job-specific certifications at the associate level or above
- B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Experience in a technical support or customer support role, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Familiarity with marketplace platforms and operations
