Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Support Engineer L2 to join their Global Partner Support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance and support for partners regarding platform functionality, orders, billing, and customer migrations
  • Coordinate with external vendors to resolve technical issues and ensure timely issue resolution
  • Manage partner communication, expectations, and relationship building throughout the support process


Required Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in at least one specific product or vendor category
  • At least three job-specific certifications at the associate level or above
  • B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in a technical support or customer support role, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Familiarity with marketplace platforms and operations
