Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Access Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee benefit verification, exploration, and prior authorization activities for patients
- Manage patient assistance program activities to ensure appropriate access to care
- Lead day-to-day operations of internal and external teams, ensuring productivity and quality standards
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of management or team leader experience in patient onboarding/intake or revenue cycle management
- Experience with infusion revenue cycle management is strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of revenue cycle best practices and health plan benefit design
- Ability to analyze patient intake processes and communicate strategies effectively
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR & RCM systems is a plus
