A company is looking for a Patient Access Supervisor to support their Home Infusion Specialty Pharmacy remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides daily support and guidance to the Patient Access team
- Oversees staffing, coaching, and performance evaluations for team members
- Analyzes referral trends and collaborates with cross-functional teams on projects
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 3 years of specialty pharmacy, home infusion pharmacy, or reimbursement experience
- Previous healthcare management experience is required
- Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care reimbursement guidelines
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word
