Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Supervisor to support their Home Infusion Specialty Pharmacy remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides daily support and guidance to the Patient Access team
• Oversees staffing, coaching, and performance evaluations for team members
• Analyzes referral trends and collaborates with cross-functional teams on projects

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 3 years of specialty pharmacy, home infusion pharmacy, or reimbursement experience
• Previous healthcare management experience is required
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care reimbursement guidelines
• Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word
