A company is looking for a Patient Advocate - Medical Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve non-clinical issues for patients and coordinate care
- Communicate with physicians and clinical staff regarding patient care
- Participate in performance and process improvement activities
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of experience in the healthcare or medical industry as a Medical Assistant
- 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment preferred
- Ability to navigate dual monitors and multiple applications
- Intermediate keyboarding abilities (at least 30 WPM)
