Key Responsibilities
- Answer 80+ inbound calls daily from patients, doctor's offices, and insurance carriers
- Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances
- Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1+ year work experience required
- Previous experience in medical billing, customer service, or call centers preferred
- Experience in a high-volume call environment desirable
- Previous interaction with patients regarding medical information preferred
