Key Responsibilities
- Obtain and maintain accurate patient information and medical records
- Schedule appointments and perform insurance verification
- Provide customer service and support to patients and healthcare team members
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of customer service experience related to healthcare
- Experience with computers and EMR software
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift during normal business hours, including occasional overtime
