Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments and perform insurance verification

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of customer service experience related to healthcare
  • Experience with computers and EMR software
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift during normal business hours, including occasional overtime
