Patient Communication Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Communication Specialist to support patients and cardiology clinic customers in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates accurate and timely interactions with patients and clinic customers
• Completes data entry and appointment scheduling across multiple information systems
• Monitors patient connectivity to home monitoring and assists with troubleshooting equipment

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma/GED required; college or technical degree preferred
• Basic cardiology knowledge required; experience in cardiology or cardiac devices preferred
• Excellent internet and technology skills; experience with EHR and remote monitoring tools preferred
• Demonstrated professionalism and courtesy with customers
• Experience working effectively in a remote environment preferred
