A company is looking for a Patient Communication Specialist to support patients and cardiology clinic customers in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitates accurate and timely interactions with patients and clinic customers
- Completes data entry and appointment scheduling across multiple information systems
- Monitors patient connectivity to home monitoring and assists with troubleshooting equipment
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma/GED required; college or technical degree preferred
- Basic cardiology knowledge required; experience in cardiology or cardiac devices preferred
- Excellent internet and technology skills; experience with EHR and remote monitoring tools preferred
- Demonstrated professionalism and courtesy with customers
- Experience working effectively in a remote environment preferred
