Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Coordinator to join their Marketing team in Nashville.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective patients to explain services, verify coverage, and assist with onboarding
- Act as a liaison between enrolled patients and assigned pharmacy partners
- Organize and track patient progress through the onboarding process
Required Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in healthcare, social work, or customer care/service
- Pharmacy, social work, or healthcare experience is a plus
- Experience using a CRM is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced growing environment
- Call center experience preferred
