Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Specialist (Must live in Mountain Time Zone).
Key Responsibilities
- Review and follow up on inbound requests from outreach campaigns
- Make 120 to 150 outbound calls daily to schedule appointments with patients
- Educate patients on the importance of receiving ordered services in-home
Required Qualifications
- Residence in the Mountain Time Zone
- At least 2 years of high-volume outbound call center experience, including 1 year in healthcare
- Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare software
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and delivering high-quality service
