Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Experience Associate to support patient service validation and enhance patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to confirm medical services or equipment received by patients
- Document patient interactions and feedback in relevant systems
- Assist patients with rescheduling services and collaborate with escalation teams as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment preferred
- Ability to navigate dual monitors and multiple applications
- Intermediate keyboarding abilities (at least 35 WPM)
- Basic PC and internet navigation skills
