Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Identity Expert to join their team in the health information management space.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect designated information from hospital applications for merge planning
• Perform merges of duplicate medical record numbers and complete demographic updates
• Maintain high accuracy on Merge Planning QA and Electronic Verification QA

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Previous experience in a medical facility is preferred
• Health Information Management experience or education is preferred
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to be a self-starter
