Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in analyzing and solving customer problems
  • 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
  • Intermediate computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Access to a designated quiet workspace and high-speed internet connection
