Key Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with new members and provide an overview of available services and benefits
- Document interactions and outcomes in Epic, ensuring accurate member data and attribution
- Collaborate with care coordinators to ensure timely member outreach and follow-up
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or higher
- 2+ years of experience in analyzing and solving customer problems
- 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
- Intermediate computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Access to a designated quiet workspace and high-speed internet connection
